Meet Our Team
Owner and CEO
Ryder was brought on in 2018 as part of the team at CDA Paving & Concrete Specialties to launch a Precast Division. Todd Kaufman and Craig Cozad saw a need in the local market for quality precast concrete products and Ryder was tapped to take on this growing need in the market. With over two decades of experience in construction management, Ryder’s knowledge of civil infrastructure and the development of large-scale ventures perfectly prepared him for this dynamic role. His studies in Construction Management at Boise State University and a degree in General Accounting from Okanagan University College, combined with his field knowledge, support his desire to create precast products for multiple uses. When the opportunity arose to take over the reins of this successful enterprise, Ryder took the leap and now is the proud owner of CDA Precast, LLC.
In his free time, Ryder enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter and son hunting, fishing, and enjoying all the outdoors has to offer. Ryder is an avid hiker and mountain climber, traveling abroad to scale multiple high points and prominent peaks.

VP of Operations
Sharon is honored to join Ryder at Precast. Drawing on several years of experience in sales and customer service in the manufacturing industry, Sharon brings a strong commitment to relationship-building, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. Her knowledgeable background has provided her with a deep understanding of client needs, production processes, and the importance of delivering high-quality products on time. Known for her hands-on approach, you will find Sharon in her a variety of roles supporting the team. In her limited free time, she spends it with Ryder, their two children, and a newly discovered passion for horses.
Sharon Irvine
Max Jones
Director of Precast
Max brings over 21+ years of experience in the industry and oversees all operations, including production, planning, quality control, safety compliance, and team leadership. His background includes manufacturing both standard and custom precast products. Known for his strong work ethic, Max takes pride in producing high-quality products that support our customers’ needs. An avid hunter and fisherman, when not at the yard, you’ll find Max in the mountains of North Idaho.
Sam Swanson
Production Manager/Estimator
Joining the team in 2020, Sam brings a skill set suited to the fast-paced production environment inherent in precast concrete products. With over 12 years of experience producing all the various lines of precast products, Sam specializes in building manhole bases from the ground up. Sam is also a key figure in improving production processes, ensuring compliance with the safety, service, and quality standards that CDA Precast, LLC strives to meet and exceed. Known for his sweet tooth and love of good music, Sam spends his free time attending local music and food festivals.
Alexeus Kandle
Office Manager/Estimator
Looking for an opportunity for professional growth and to be part of building something meaningful, Alexeus joined the team in 2023. Since that time, she quickly grew in her role and was promoted to the position she holds today. Beyond project management, she oversees the office and day-to-day operations making sure the team stays organized. Along with spending time with her husband and two children, Alexeus spends time competing at local horse shows and crafting beautiful leather pieces.
Dustin Thompson
Transportation Manager
Drawn to CDA Precast, LLC’s company culture, Dustin joined the team to optimize transportation operations. Bringing over 15+ years of experience, Dustin embodies the core values of Safety, Service, and Quality of CDA Precast. Born and raised in North Idaho, Dustin enjoys attending his children’s sporting events, hunting and fishing, and exploring all the beauty North Idaho has to offer. Dustin is also a great cook and you’ll often find him grilling for family & friends.
Rob Walker
Custom Products Manager/Estimator
Bringing 30+ years of experience in architectural, civil, mechanical, structural, and electrical design, Rob was looking for a forward-thinking company and found that place with CDA Precast. Rob oversees the development of custom precast products, ensuring compliance with state regulations and NPCA standards. Rob is spearheading sustainable practices to create even more efficient, environmentally-friendly solutions for infrastructure projects. Spending time with family is Rob’s greatest joy. Together with his wife, he has seven children, and five grandchildren.
Amanda Wilcox
Business Operations Coordinator/HR
Amanda joined the team bringing a strong background in customer service. With experience managing administrative tasks, she keeps the day-to-day operations running smoothly. Newer to North Idaho, she enjoys time exploring the outdoors via ATV and dirt bikes. Along with her family, she has a Dalmatian and Weiner dog that join in on all her adventures.
